In Mexico…

Bartenders live different.

We eat late, think weird, live at night.

This is our community.

You visit friends at work.

Taste what’s really going on.

No menus. No hype. Just craft.

One bar leads to another.

And then you get it:

The scene is wild.

The people? Even better.

What will you do?

For five hours, we'll guide you on a carefully curated tour of 3 to 4 signature cocktail bars in iconic neighborhoods like Roma, Juárez, or Condesa.

Drinks are on you; the toasts are on us — with mezcal and tequila, of course.

After that, it's all about flow: each spot has its unique style, every bartender their story, and each cocktail its own delightful surprise.

This isn't a pre-packaged route. Every night is different, tailored to the very best the city has to offer that specific day.

Itinerary

  • We gather at a designated bar to kick off the night with a drink and get to know the group.

  • We hit 3 or 4 bars — walking some, Ubering others. The route always makes sense.

  • You'll be introduced to bartenders who are redefining CDMX's vibrant beverage scene.

  • Toasts with premium agave happen at 2 or 3 stops, tuned to each guest. No fake tequilas, no mass-produced mezcal — only the real deal.

    The toast are on us

  • Our thing is making people feel at home. We’re like a bridge that turns strangers into friends — it happens naturally here.

  • We wrap up the experience around midnight in the lively neighborhoods of Roma, Condesa, or Juárez.

More than a tourist, be a Chilango!
